Regional Officer, Alumnae/i Relations at Simmons College

The Regional Officer is responsible for managing a systematic process and approach to serving the needs of our regional volunteers and club contacts. This includes overseeing print and electronic communications for the regional team and managing data associated with this process. The officer also provides advanced and independent support to the regional field officers and assists the Associate Director of Regional Programming.

Other responsibilities include managing the regional budget, creating and distributing a quarterly newsletter to volunteers, and managing travel for the regional staff.

This position has frequent contact with high level alumnae/i prospects and donors. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years administrative support and/or event management experience. Must possess exceptional customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and strong writing/editing skills. A large portion of communication takes place over the phone and via email. Must also be proficient in the Microsoft suite of office tools.
