The Conservation Careers Diversity Internship Program is managed by the Environmental Careers Organization (ECO) in partnership with FWS and FS to provide students and recent graduates with paid training and research opportunities. The program focuses principally on Hispanic, African, Asian, and Native American college students - groups traditionally underrepresented in the conservation field.
